Express App
Express app bridges the gap and picks up where the official WordPress app is seriously lacking, by offering a seamless tumblr like experience on the go. In a nutshell Express App provides iPhone users an effortless way to quickly publish images, quotes, notes, links and short posts on the go. The only tumblog feature Express App is lacking is the ability to publish videos, There were a few times in my testing where I would have liked to be able to record and upload a video so hopefully this feature will be included with a future update (hint). Express App from a UI perspective is...

Localscope
Localscope brings together local search with google, bing, foursquare, twitter & wikimapia. Anyone should be able to jump straight in and immediately figure out how to use the app be it for finding a local bank, people who are tweeting around you or places on foursquare. This is thanks to a beautiful interface that clearly has had a lot of thought put into and it shows. The purpose of the app according to developers cynapse is “Always know where you are and what’s around you with Localscope!” and they achieve it perfectly. Out of the box the distance to places is shown in kilometres, for...
360 Browser
360 Browser is a universal iOS app for iPhone, iPod TOuch and iPad’s. I personally find safari on iPhone more than adequate for my browsing needs however 360 browser does offer a lot of additional useful features such as tabbed browsing, firefox sync, download manager, ad block and many others. The interface isn’t bad at all though it does have some quirks, and with the huge amount of additional features packed in the browser involves some what of a learning curve to get the most out of. Which is fine as this browser is clearly geared towards power users who want more than just basic...
World of Goo
The awesome World of Goo by indie developers 2D Boy is now available as a universal app for iPhone and iPads. World of Goo is no half assed PC Port either the game has been redesigned specifically for your iDevices, the touch controls are very intuitive and you could be forgiven for thinking this version actually came before the PC version as it plays so intuitively. There is also an iPhone only version which is slightly cheaper available either way this is up there with one of the games you simply MUST buy.
Tweetbot
Not like the appstore is flooded with twitter clients already, but for whatever reason the acclaimed folks at Tapbots have been grinding away at what seems the longest time ever (and ironically not long after twitter themselves denounced releasing new Twitter clients) to bring us a new Twitter client you guessed it, named Tweetbot. The app is probably great, arn’t all of Tapbots apps great? But will it be great enough to get users to make the switch from the whatever twitter client they already use? Based on the frenzy twitter users are getting themselves into as Tweetbot slowly appears in various appstores (currently Japan...
