Orange offer £40 cashback through Quidco and Vodafone offer £20 cashback on monthly contracts upto £35 or £40 cashback for contracts over £35pm.
Even with cashback included Tesco still offer the best deal they also offer a favorable 12 month contract over the other networks whose minimum is 18 months.

If you prefer Pay As You Go then you can buy an 8GB iPhone £G outright from Tesco for £349 with free delivery and 698 clubcard points which is worth almost £7 off future purchases or can be used towards Tesco Rewards.
