Happy Belated New Year App Crunch readers! Its been pretty quiet around here for a while and so I just wanted to let our loyal readers know what we’ve been up to as we been receiving a lot of emails via our contact form asking us whats been happening.

Appcrunch is a small (2 man team) we started App Crunch because a) we love awesome apps and b) there weren’t any similar reliable sites for apps at the time.

Whats changed? Not much, we still love awesome apps. We still have our core values and there still isn’t a worthy competitor that doesn’t either scrape their reviews or specialise in Games. Sure we like games but were more interested in apps, productivity, usability, and eye candy. etc.

So why have things been quiet? There are a two big factors at play here. The first is that we are both at University and studies/assignments/exams etc naturally take priority.

The other big reason is, we have been doing our best to create a new improved site that will scale better and help us expand into iPad and Mac Software reviews. However its proving to be a bigger task than anticipated and taking far longer than we would like.

So we are still here, we have just been more in the back-end. Expect reviews to pick back up again soon.
